Michael Grace is recognized as a thought leader on Infor CloudSuite, Digital Transformation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and complimentary applications beyond the Infor portfolio. He joined the RPI management team in 2019 and currently oversees Infor service delivery in the West as a functional finance consultant. His focus is on using a true digital transformation to influence multiple tools and produce the best outcome for the client. Michael has been in the Infor space since 1995 and worked on versions 6,7,8,9, 10 before working with Infor CloudSuite. He was a financials certified consultant for many of those versions and maintains his CloudSuite Financials certification to this day. As an innovative technology leader focused on business transformation, his most recent development was an enterprise Cloud Content Management strategy that leveraged BOX as a method of reducing reliance on VPN, email, and legacy methods of collaboration on content, which empowers an organization to be more versatile.
