As RPI’s Human Capital Management (HCM) Practice Director, Melissa has been at the forefront of massive Infor CloudSuite and legacy Lawson implementations for close to 20 years. Nowadays, you are likely to find Melissa in the role of Engagement Manager overseeing her team. However, her origins lie firmly implanted in the technical side, and she has led many HCM teams as Principal or Lead Consultant, with a keen focus on large healthcare sector implementations, in addition to a wide variety of experience in other verticals and the public sector.
With over 29 years of practical business experience, Kathy has spent the last 25+ years as a business process specialist for the Lawson Software Human Resources Suite. As a project manager and a senior product specialist, she has been actively involved in all aspects of the Lawson systems implementation lifecycle, while also coordinating business process re- engineering and redesign. This includes discovery, business needs analysis, system design, training, system test, data conversion, and interface design support. Kathy has managed large scale multi-suite implementations, including relationships with outside vendors contracted to perform tasks within the project. Her focus on business needs has led to strong and positive end user relationships and has eased the stress during the completion of testing and training project cycles.
